1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse points, leaderboards or promotions is prohibited.
• If you are under 18, use the platform with the consent of a parent, guardian or school.

2. Creator content

• You retain ownership of tests, questions and other content you create, and you grant Quizforz a license to host, display and deliver it to users as part of the service.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload copyrighted question banks, pirated material, or leaked/confidential exam papers.
• When you use the AI paper-scan feature, you confirm you are allowed to digitize the paper you upload. Extracted questions are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and correct answers before publishing.
• Content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading (e.g. deliberately wrong answer keys sold as correct) or spam may be removed, and repeat violations may lead to account suspension.

3. Purchases, wallet and creator earnings

• Prices for paid tests and plans are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe and/or Stripe).
• Wallet balance can be used to purchase content on the platform. Wallet money and creator earnings are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
• Creator earnings from sales are credited after the platform fee. Payouts may require identity/verification steps and can be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks or Terms violations.

4. Refunds and payment problems

• If money was deducted but the purchase, wallet top-up or plan did not activate, report it within 7 days via the Contact Us page with the transaction details — verified failed transactions are refunded or credited to your wallet.
• Digital content that has been substantially consumed (e.g. a test you already attempted) is generally not refundable, except where the content was materially broken or misrepresented.
• Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded once verified with the payment gateway.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method or credited to your Quizforz wallet, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the gateway and your bank.

5. Fair exam conduct

• Exams may run in a lockdown mode that detects tab switching, copying or other suspicious behavior. Attempting to cheat may invalidate your attempt and affect your points.
• Do not attempt to extract, scrape or redistribute paid test content.
• Leaderboards and points must be earned genuinely; manipulation may lead to score resets or account action.

6. Platform availability and changes

We work to keep Quizforz available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" — occasional downtime, bugs or feature changes can happen. We may add, modify or discontinue features (including experimental features like AI paper scanning) at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizforz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including loss of expected exam results, earnings projections, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Quizforz in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using Quizforz and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with wallet balances and earnings handled according to Section 3 and applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the platform operator's registered location.
